Password reset failiure

Observed behavior

I see the following message each time I attempt to reset my password: Failed to send a password reset link. Please try again.

Expected behavior

I should be able to reset my password.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/
2. Click the Forgot your password link
3. Input your valid email address and click the Submit button
