New/updated strings are translated in `hotfixes`

Desired behavior

Copy strings that we added or modified in the unstable (previously develop) branch, should be re-translated now that we have those changes staged in hotfixes.

Current behavior

Added or modified strings may not be translated, so hotfixes is not ready for release to master.
