Duplicate promotion snapshot. Canonical per-repo queue: #42. This issue's original content remains accessible to credit contributors and preserve evidence. All future readiness updates belong on #42.
T3Code — canonical promotion queue
This is the single per-repo readiness and publication queue. Preserve original author/owner branches, PRs, evidence and reviewer threads; no duplicate tracker or origin contribution. Global index: OSS Factory #14. As of 2026-10-16, a GitHub open-PR search returned 39 items; this is an inventory, not a count of independently verified ready work.
Screening priority
Open fork implementation PRs are candidates only. Prioritize existing T3 origin feedback, duplicate detection and exact-head CI. Draft voice/mobile work is not automatically product acceptance.

Exact-head promotion protocol
One row per distinct supported requirement rather than each experimental PR: author credit → live upstream maintainer feedback and CI → base/negative control and change proof → tested fork/origin SHAs and environment → compatibility/licensing policy → overlap/duplicates → reviewer and Linear-origin authorization (where external origin is involved) → one narrow permitted action → result and canonical origin URL. Open PRs can be HOLD/CHECK/LIMITED even when tests pass.
No default-branch merge, origin issue/PR/comment, technology unlock, or new factory worker claim is approved by this issue. Update this queue and factory #14 as candidates qualify.
