Drop the model chip from desktop sidebar session rows #1247

Each session row in the desktop app's sidebar shows a model chip beside the vendor mark and status. It takes space in a narrow rail and makes the chips line wrap, while the vendor mark's tooltip already names the model.

Remove the chip; keep the model in the vendor mark's tooltip.
