On Windows, just build produced a bare target/release/herdr.exe. Without an adjacent ConPTY bundle, panes used system ConPTY, which stripped the OSC 10/11 replies needed by host-color-aware apps. The Windows recipe now builds with Cargo's JSON output and installs Herdr's pinned ConPTY bundle and notices beside the executable Cargo actually produced, including with a configured target directory. Repeated builds leave a matching bundle in place. If an existing bundle differs from the pin or contains a symlink, the build stops with instructions to stop Herdr and remove that local bundle before rebuilding. Other platforms keep the current build recipe.

Validation: just build on native Windows produced the expected adjacent runtime files with the pinned DLL hash and passed again with an existing bundle. just check and the focused ConPTY packaging tests passed; the tests cover the Cargo-reported output path, mismatched-bundle and dangling-symlink rejection, and both notices.
