The adapter only recognized the v1 task tool name, but v2 spawns subagents through the subagent tool, so no task events ever reached the Agents panel. Match both names exactly.

PR #5 emitted task lifecycle only for the exact tool name task, but OpenCode v2 spawns subagents through the subagent tool. Live thread data proves it: every real spawn carries data.tool subagent, and opencode threads hold zero task activities. The panel stayed empty even on the new build.
Match task and subagent exactly (task_status and similar names stay plain tool rows) and read the role from the subagent input field as well.
Validation: new test fails on the old matcher (waits for task events that never arrive, the exact user symptom) and passes with the fix. Suite 96 passed, lint clean.
