fix(server): show OpenCode subagents in Agents panel - #5

Map parent task tool lifecycle to task.started/progress/completed with timelineBypass so spawned subagents appear in roster and chat keeps item rows.
Settle task ids on every terminal so duplicates and turnless completions leave no stale state. Remember early terminals with real status so late starts close with the true outcome.

OpenCode subagents spawned via prompt never appeared in the Agents panel. The adapter mapped the parent task tool call to item rows only and dropped the shared task lifecycle the panel folds.
Map the parent task tool lifecycle to task.started/progress/completed with timelineBypass at the adapter boundary. Item rows stay unchanged, fork clears the new started set, and only the exact task tool triggers it.
Validation: OpenCodeAdapter.test.ts 91 passed, vp lint clean on both files, typecheck shows no new errors.
