• typed target-profile manifest conformance for runtime-neutral Echo/KV profile shapes;
• typed lowerability requirements and direct-only v1 support classification;
• typed participant-neutral contract bundle manifest validation;
• topic shelves and tests for the landed v0.4 contracts;
• GitHub prerelease notes and changelog section for the release.
