Summary
Why
Graft now has a NORTHSTAR that positions it as the code-aware structural reading layer over witnessed causal history. Continuum should mirror that role in coordination truth without implying that Graft is a runtime, debugger product, shadow semantic owner, or already-proven primary consumer of shared families.
Review hygiene
This PR supersedes #21. It is based directly on current origin/main and excludes the already-landed no-graph branch history from PR review.
Validation
git diff --check origin/main..HEADnpx --no-install markdownlint-cli2 README.md docs/contract-family-registry.mdnode --test wesley/test/*.test.mjs
