English translation — chapter 01 pilot (see #4)
Pilot translation of
book/01-不要早死.md→book/en/01-不要早死.md, as promised in #4.What's included:
book/en/01-不要早死.md— full translation (29 items)TRANSLATION.md— translation conventions (what stays byte-identical: citations/DOIs, cost tags; how China-specific terms are handled)QUALITY.md— MQM-based quality rubric used for reviewQuality process: LLM draft → independent line-by-line review against the source (numbers, HR/RR/CI, hedging, terminology) → fixes. Verified: 29/29 items, cost tags and Sources lines byte-identical to the original.
Questions for the author (also in #4): is
book/en/the right location? Style ok? If approved, I'll continue with the remaining 30 chapters in batches.— Unofficial translation, the Chinese original prevails.
