Reviewed at opus/high effort — LGTM, approving.
- Nonce widening to
HexOrDecimal256with the!IsUint64()overflow guard is a good catch; replaces the prior silentuint64()truncation cleanly. - Budget/fixture changes are correctly devnet+zkevm-scoped (all
-stableshards stay 0), no mainnet exposure. - Minor: worth a spot-check that the bumped fixture sha256/sizes match the upstream release checksums if not already done.
