* Reapply "web: translation-feedback plate in doc-head (issue link with prefilled title + star ask) + issue template; i18n ru/en/zh (#6)" This reverts commit 89cd0e4. * web: feedback — floating stack on desktop (>=1100px, icons+hover tooltips), inline line on mobile; i18n ru/en/zh; issue template * web: feedback wording covers mistakes AND suggestions; issue template widened accordingly * web: feedback RU wording — 'Откройте issue' (link opens the issue form directly) * web: star links — both variants point to the repo page (Star button in header) * web: QA fixes — float panel clears card column (right: max(14, (100vw-940)/2-68)), meta-line specificity + nowrap links, rest opacity .7, aria-label i18n (fbAria ru/en/zh) --------- Co-authored-by: dlgrv <dlgrv@users.noreply.github.com>
