Follow-up to #45.

  • parseReadme regexes in the site template now match Spanish labels (Costo / Beneficio / Fuentes / En términos sencillos / Nivel de evidencia / Notas) — ES cards were rendering with empty Costo/Beneficio sections and «Fuentes (0)»

- rebased content onto post-squash main (#45); gates pass

#46 patched only the root template; /es/ and siblings still served the old parser (empty Costo/Beneficio cards). Rebuilt via build_pages.py.

Follow-up to #46: per-language pages were not regenerated; /es/ kept serving the old parser. Rebuilt via build_pages.py.
