Summary
Prepares the 9.0.0 release: bumps every version-bearing file (package, lockfile, alias package, SKILL.md, default config, READMEs, playground badge, plugin manifests) and adds the 9.0.0 CHANGELOG entry covering the repo-wide cleanup (#935–#946) and the bug fixes found during it (#947, #948). The owner chose 9.0.0 in-session. Policy:
docs/WORKFLOW.mdThe README status line no longer names a registry version, since that sentence went stale the moment a release was published.
