[Bug] Gemini CLI hangs and stops responding during execution

What happened?

Gemini CLI hangs and stops responding after running a prompt on my workspace. It gets stuck indefinitely and never returns output.

What did you expect to happen?

The CLI should complete the command and display results.

• Command & Prompt: gemini --debug "Find all references to handleAuth"
• Environment & Workspace: Running on Linux inside a devenv shell (Nix package manager environment).
• Versions: CLI v0.48.0, Node.js v20.11.0, OS: Linux x86_64.

Running which rg in terminal resolves to /nix/store/abc123def456-ripgrep-14.1.0/bin/rg.

It looks like isTrustedSystemPath() in packages/core/src/utils/paths.ts rejects /nix/store because it is missing from the trusted path
allowlist, causing the CLI to fall back to standard grep which hangs in large repos.
