Update cometbft and sequencer genesis to recent main #175
astriaorg/astria#721 introduced a breaking change by adding/renaming the fields
"authority_sudo_address"and"ibc_sudo_address"to the cometbft/sequencer genesis. The sequencer validator deployments don't start without these set.
