SUMMARY

This PR adds documentation for configuring Yandex Maps as a Deck.gl base map using the official Yandex Maps Tiles API.

The documentation includes:

  • a DECKGL_BASE_MAP configuration example for:
    • Web Mercator projection;
    • WGS84 Mercator projection;
  • a note explaining that the apikey parameter must contain a key obtained from the Yandex Developer Dashboard;
  • links to the official Yandex Tiles API documentation and the Yandex Developer Dashboard;
  • an update to the TALISMAN_CONFIG example to allow requests to the official Yandex Tiles API domain;
  • API key placeholders instead of real credentials.

Using the official Tiles API endpoint together with the correct projection parameters prevents map misalignment between the Yandex basemap and Deck.gl layers.

This change only updates the documentation and does not modify application behavior.

TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open docs/docs/configuration/map-tiles.mdx.
  2. Verify that the Yandex Maps configuration examples render correctly.
  3. Verify that the documentation links point to the official Yandex documentation.
  4. Confirm that the API key is shown as a placeholder and not a real credential.
  5. Verify that the TALISMAN_CONFIG example includes the required Yandex Tiles API domain.
