Support to configure deserializers of KafkaConsumer

Allow Kafka Consumer's custom deserializer to be configured after its instantiation.

1. checkestyle error is corrected.
2. the unit test failure: the module failed indexing-service does not seem to have anything to do with my change which depends on failed module.
   run those failed tests in my IDE didn't show any error.
