feat: user-chip dropdown + emerald switches (design polish) - #81

The Radzen profile menu rendered as a filled emerald pill, unlike the design's subtle user chip. Replace it with the design's ag-user-chip (soft-accent avatar + email) plus a caret, opening a dropdown with Profile and Log out. A full-screen backdrop closes the menu on click-away. Dropdown styles are scoped in MainLayout.razor.css so they don't leak globally.
Picks up the switch/checkbox accent fix, so the email-settings and login-feature toggles render in the design's emerald accent instead of Radzen's default indigo.

Two shell-level design fixes from reviewing the running app against the AppFoundation Screens design.

Bump
AndreGoepel.Design.Blazor1.0.0 → 1.0.1, which maps Radzen's switch/checkbox checked state onto the emerald accent (was Radzen's default indigo). The Email Settings and Login Features toggles now render green, matching the design.Verification
