Off against on is therefore 0 of 28 against 4 of 14 (one-sided Fisher *p* ≈ 0.009). In the fix build's
listing, Tier-1 `AsNestedTypeDefinitionImpl` carries no profile data and does not inline
`ContainingType` at all: it makes the virtual call, whose standalone body casts. With no guarded inline,
the cast has nothing to be dropped from.

**And the mechanism, 14 of 14.** The Tier-1 listing of
`NamedTypeSymbol:AsNestedTypeDefinitionImpl` inlines `SourceMemberContainerTypeSymbol.ContainingType`
