This is the second measurement it describes: the fix build's own artifact (run 37650912487), part 1/2 launched exactly as the shard launches it, with Tiered PGO off coming only from the runtimeconfig. Result: 0 of 14 hosts poisoned (run 37652533236). Off vs on is now 0/28 vs 4/14, one-sided Fisher p ≈ 0.009. It also explains why the fix build's listing has no isinst to drop: with no profile data, Tier-1 AsNestedTypeDefinitionImpl does not inline ContainingType at all.
