Summary

• Closes Stdlib: openssl_pkey_get_details() JIT/AOT happy-path leftover of #33496 — details array AOT (ext/openssl/openssl.c) #34030 — leftover of Stdlib: openssl_pkey_get_details() JIT leftover of #20240 — AOT LogicException (ext/openssl/openssl.c) #33496: AOT happy path for openssl_pkey_get_details(openssl_pkey_new()) no longer throws LogicException.
• Thin AOT loads __osslPem from OpenSSLAsymmetricKey and uses libcrypto leaves (EVP_PKEY_get_bits / EVP_PKEY_get_base_id / PEM_write_bio_PUBKEY) to build {bits,type,key} — peer openssl_pkey_new (Stdlib: openssl_pkey_new() JIT/AOT happy-path leftover of #33530 — OpenSSLAsymmetricKey object AOT (ext/openssl/openssl.c) #34015). NestedJIT helper kept for non-thin JIT.
• php-src: ext/openssl/openssl.c PHP_FUNCTION(openssl_pkey_get_details).
