• Regenerate docs/bootstrap-inventory.md from php script/bootstrap-inventory.php (725 Phase A files; warning line numbers refreshed after recent lib/ edits).
• Update docs/self-host-target.md and docs/bootstrap-selfhost.md M2/M4 counts: 724/725 literal require_once + cli_spine_shim → 725/725 inventory coverage.
