Self-host M2: regenerate bootstrap-inventory.md SSOT (725 files) — bootstrap-inventory-check red #2840

Problem

Committed docs/bootstrap-inventory.md is stale vs live inventory generator. Harness 2026-05-27 (tar-copy Docker php-compiler:22.04-dev):

php script/bootstrap-inventory.php --check
→ Stale /compiler/docs/bootstrap-inventory.md; regenerate with: php script/bootstrap-inventory.php

Live generator reports 725 Phase A inventory files (725 files on vm.php path); committed doc still documents 717/718. bootstrap-spine-count.php prints 724/725 literal require_once (+1 cli shim substitute = 725 coverage OK).

This is not a compile failure, but it blocks the bootstrap inventory CI gate and misleads M2 % on the epic.
