Summary

• Extends VmIntlCalendar with getType, getNow, add/roll/clear/isSet/equals, toDateTime/fromDateTime, and fieldDifference (php-src calendar_* / Stdlib: IntlCalendar::getType()/add()/roll()/toDateTime() missing after #6151 (ext/intl/calendar) #20756).
• PHP-in-PHP Gregorian/zoneinfo arithmetic; no new runtime/ C.
• Compliance .phpt + issue repro.
