Stdlib: IntlCalendar::getType()/add()/roll()/toDateTime() missing after #6151 (ext/intl/calendar) #20756

Problem
After #6151, IntlCalendar::createInstance() / getTime() / setTime() / get / set / getTimeZone() work under PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE=8.4, but the bulk of the php-src calendar OOP surface is still missing — including getType(), field arithmetic (add/roll/clear), and DateTime bridges.
