Summary

• Add lib/LanguageProfileScope.php to the self-host spine (missed in Language: exit(status:)/die(status:) without CLI profile env (#17681) #17685) so check-selfhost-spine-coverage-sync.php passes again.
• Extend Language: exit(status:)/die(status:) named parameters — parse error without PHP_COMPILER_PROFILE=8.4 (Zend/zend_compile.c) #17681 coverage: die repro unit test, phpc.json manifest profile test, and compliance guards for die(status:) and source-pragma profile without CLI env.

Root cause

PR #17685 introduced LanguageProfileScope on the bin/vm.php path but did not add the spine require_once, leaving spine coverage sync red.
