Summary

• strlen() coerces bool/int/float/null to string without strict_types (php-src ext/standard/string.c Z_PARAM_STR).
• Under strict_types, scalar operands still TypeError; enum/array/object unchanged (Stdlib: strlen() on unit enum case — must throw TypeError not Error (ext/standard/string.c) #5119).
• InternalStrictArg::isCallerStrict() walks caller frames so strict mode applies through closures.
• JIT: null → length 0 when not strict; boxed/scalar paths unchanged.
