Bootstrap: sync inventory + spine after Getcwd/HashEquals/RandomBytes JIT helpers

Summary

Lane B queue empty — bootstrap fallback after recent php-in-php JIT helper merges (#10921, #10922).

• Regenerated docs/bootstrap-inventory.md (2949 → 2951 vm.php-path files)
• Added missing spine includes: GetcwdJitHelper.php, lib/JIT/Builtin/GetcwdJit.php
• New inventory entries: HashEqualsJitHelper.php, RandomBytesJitHelper.php (from merged PRs)
