Problem
On master @ da8da1d, thin AOT:

Root cause: DefaultTimezoneRuntime calls NestedJIT helpers with raw builder->call / writeString / zext($ok) — peers (IniRuntime, StringDateTime, TimezoneLocationRuntime) use JitNestedHelperCoerce::callHelper + extractStringPtrFromHelperResult / extractBoolFromHelperResult (#20664 / #8555 / #26773).
