Context

Daily release review 2026-08-14 on master @ b40b0eeb56.

Pillar 1 (Trust) quick gates are green (./script/release-readiness.sh --json → user_release_ready: yes):

• bootstrap-inventory OK 7448/7448
• helper-runtime-prelink 396 fresh / 0 stale / 0 broken
• cold-build / spine-coverage / root-readme-sync / north-star5-fast / vm-driver-probe / gen0-functional — ok

#30731 closed 2026-08-13 (PR #30742, --full → user_release_ready: yes @ 2430a4f064). Matrix drifted again after ~40 stdlib/language ArgumentCountError + helper-runtime refresh commits through b40b0eeb56.

Observed during 2026-08-14 --full release-readiness alongside examples-aot-smoke red (new issue for 003-MiniWebApp link fail).

Regenerate in Docker and commit from pinned php-compiler:22.04-dev — do not restamp by hand.

No doc regen commit needed from this run; closing as already fixed on master unless --full was run against an older SHA.
