Daily release review 2026-08-13 on master @ 2430a4f064.

Pillar 1 (Trust) quick gates are green (./script/release-readiness.sh --json → user_release_ready: yes on confirm):

#26410 closed 2026-08-01; committed matrix drifted again after stdlib / php-in-php / Trust refreshes through 2430a4f064 (incl. recent posix_* JIT helpers and ArgumentCountError batch).

Regenerate in Docker and commit the regenerated docs/capabilities.md from pinned php-compiler:22.04-dev — do not restamp by hand.

Regenerated from the generators (no hand restamp). Companion inventory/syntax/comparison HTML included so the doc-sync gate stays green. gen-0 provenance still stale (#28998, warning only).
