Problem
#27201 refreshed gen-0 at 03cd6373c (fingerprint 8c91c638…), then two lowering commits landed (#27202 mb_strpos fold, #27203 strpos/stripos/strrpos/strripos boolean-false miss) and re-broke step 4f-m.
