Problem
#27162 refreshed gen-0 after #27160/#27161, then #27166 (Stdlib: fix AOT sinh() NestedJIT returning 0) landed and re-broke step 4f-m.
Verified 2026-08-03 at 9709be8bd:

→ north-star5-fast FAIL: step 4f-m (gen-0 manifest/driver mismatch — #8713)
→ gen0_provenance: stale — driver e0e5e10c9 (0 days); 3 lowering commits since; functional smoke still OK
Helper-runtime prelink was green (359 fresh). This is provenance drift, not a dead driver.
