Regression: AOT cos() returns 0 — VM/JIT match Zend (ext/standard/math.c)

Problem

cos() matches Zend on VM and JIT, but the AOT-built binary prints 0 (silent wrong output). cosh(0) shows the same zeroed return under AOT.

Stdlib: fix AOT cos()/cosh() NestedJIT returning 0 (#27005) (#27061)

Merged in #27061

Fix: CosJitHelper/CoshJitHelper no longer call VmMath under NestedJIT (null→0). libc leaf kernels phpc_cos_kernel / phpc_cosh_kernel + MathCos/MathCosh NestedJitCompileScope short-circuit (ceil/sqrt peer).

Verified:

AOT test/repro/issue_27005_aot_cos_cosh.php → 1\n1 (repeat 10/10)
VM + JIT match Zend
inventory --check OK; spine sync OK; Cos/Hyperbolic shrink unit tests OK
