Docs: Sync MiniWebApp gate ladder docs post-#764 and #1760 flip

Problem

North Star 1 AOT execute and gate defaults are green on master (#764 ✅, #1760 ✅). Most gate ladder docs already match script/ci-defaults.env. Remaining drift is narrow:

1. Update unskip-matrix Legend — remove "blocked on execute parity" for green steps
2. Confirm MiniWebAppUnskipMatrixTest passes
3. Optional: cross-link Docs: Sync North Star 1 status — README, #1044, development-status.md (#764 closed) #1525 in "See also"

Scope

• docs/miniwebapp-aot-unskip-matrix.md — legend + footnotes only
• docs/miniwebapp-gates.md — already default-on accurate
• docs/local-ci-matrix.md — already accurate
• test/unit/MiniWebAppUnskipMatrixTest.php — if assertions reference old legend text

Acceptance criteria

• Legend has no "blocked on execute" for steps green on master
• make miniwebapp-gates output matches docs
• ./script/ci-fast.sh green (doc-only)

This docs sync is blocked on #1760 landing first — gate ladder / unskip matrix should reflect default-on MINIWEBAPP_WEB_SMOKE_AOT_GATE and DEPLOY_SMOKE_003_EXECUTE after the bundled flip PR merges.

Suggested bundle with or immediately after #1760: #1525, #1531, #1791, #1778.

docs/miniwebapp-gates.md L32 still says stage 4c ❌ (blocked on execute) — should be ✅ default-on (EXAMPLES_AOT_SMOKE_GATE=1, execute green #764).

Other gate rows (3c, 4d, 4b2) already reflect #1523/#1530 defaults on master.

Pair with: #1525 (root README), #1044 close.
