ext/standard/JitChmod.php(~70 LOC) lowers JITchmod()through libcchmod(2)+ inline__compiler_trigger_errorLLVM. VM SSOT isVmFs::chmod()(pure PHP / VmFsDirPure). JIT should compile the same PHP helper, not duplicate libc.php-src reference
