Parity: dynamic property creation should emit E_DEPRECATED in PHP 8.2 #14839

Repro
class C {}
$c = new C;
$c->x = 1;
echo "ok\n";Run Zend with error_reporting=E_ALL / display_errors=1.
Expected (php-src / PHP 8.2)
Emits a deprecation notice on first creation:
Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property C::$x is deprecated
Actual (php-compiler)
No deprecation notice is emitted.
Notes / reference
php-src implements the notice in:
Zend/zend_object_handlers.c:zend_deprecated_dynamic_property()and thewrite_std_propertydynamic-property path.

Test plan
- Add a compliance case asserting the
E_DEPRECATEDtext for a non-#[AllowDynamicProperties]class. - Ensure
stdClassremains exempt.

Root cause: VM/JIT dynamic-property deprecation was already implemented (
fetchObjectPropertyWriteLvalue,DynamicPropertyDeprecationGuard); the compliance phpt EXPECTF omitted the CLI file/line suffix.Verification:
