This PR targets docs-i18n, not the default branch, so GitHub will not close the issue. Close #7650 by hand when this PR merges.

All ten packs are included (de, es, fr, hi, ja, ko, pl, pt-br, ru, zh-hans).

Why this change

Readers with a Documentation Language other than English could not find video messages in their guides. Their Selfies guide had no Video messages section, so /video, the Conversation Gallery's Video button and the First frame choices were undocumented. Their Slash commands list had no /video row. Their Scene video guide did not say that Conversation chats send video messages instead.

What changed

One commit with all ten packs. Each pack changes only conversation/selfies.md, chats/slash-commands.md, media/scene-video.md and its manifest.json. Nothing in glossaries/, ui/, audits/ or scripts/ changed.

• conversation/selfies.md: the new Video messages section before Related guides:
  • the intro: /video, /video Aster, the Gallery Video button, the Agent Budget context size, and animating a Gallery picture
  • the Illustrator Settings setup sentence, the Video Connection bullet, and the four First frame choices
  • the closing paragraph: WebP conversion, how many requests a video message makes, Prompt Model, and the Conversation Video Message prompt override
• chats/slash-commands.md: the new /video [name (optional)] row after /selfie, linking to ../conversation/selfies.md#video-messages.
• media/scene-video.md: the new sentence in What scene video does pointing Conversation chats to video messages.

Older drift in media/scene-video.md, where the translations no longer matched the English, is fixed too:

• No pack had the English paragraph on Roleplay inline playback (the clip plays under the latest reply, Pin video to chat floats it, its X button removes it from a message). All ten packs now have it, after the Videos tab steps, as in English. In de, es, fr and zh-hans the Pin video to chat gloss moved to this paragraph, its first mention.
• fr uses straight apostrophes in the Atlas Cloud section, like the rest of that file.
• hi and pl conversation/selfies.md get the blank line English has after the [selfie] code block.

Each manifest was rebuilt with --source-commit aa1dfc215105, the pack-wide value already there. This sync covers only three files, so the pack-wide source commit stays the same.

Notes on the translations

• UI labels such as Video, Video messages, Video Connection, First frame and the four First frame choices stay English bold, with a one-time native gloss where the pack glosses labels, per CONTRIBUTING.md § Translated documentation. Packs reuse their existing glosses (for example Agent Budget and Video Generation Prompt Overrides).
• Each pack's translated Video messages heading has an <a id="video-messages"></a> line before it, so the English #video-messages link target from slash-commands.md and scene-video.md still lands.

Validation

• node scripts/docs-i18n/validate-pack.mjs <pack> against the English docs at origin/staging (e7bb8620b) passes for all ten packs (138 translated docs, 140 English docs).
• A script checked that in all 30 files the fenced code blocks, inline code and link targets match the English exactly. It also confirmed the leading # heading, NFC text with no NBSP, U+3000 or BOM, LF line endings, and the same sequence of headings, paragraphs, list items and table rows as English (ignoring <a id> lines). The only difference it reports is the expected video-messages anchor in each selfies.md.
• A second script checked that every #fragment link into these three files, from anywhere in each pack, resolves to an <a id> anchor or a heading.
• Local CodeRabbit review (coderabbit review --agent --committed): completed with 0 findings on all 40 changed files (after two rate-limited attempts). The GitHub CodeRabbit check skips this PR because reviews are disabled for the docs-i18n base branch.

Manual verification

• Native speakers: spot-check the Video messages section in Selfies and the /video row in Slash commands in your language.
• Manually verify in the app (Settings → General → Documentation Language) that one translated pack's /video row link and the Scene video "Video messages" link both jump to the Video messages section in Selfies.
