On GB300 with TensorRT 11.1.0.106, all seven E2E cases passed against the pinned
original implementation. This includes the two model-card text examples,
alternative answers, multilingual input, a receipt image, and video frames.
The largest absolute option-probability difference is 0.002188; the BF16 gate
uses `atol=0.002, rtol=0.01` for probabilities and `atol=0.125, rtol=0.015` for
logits. A 16,384-token request also passes those gates. Reusing one native Task

Justify the matrix-wide 0.015 probability gate.

np.testing.assert_allclose now uses atol=0.015, rtol=0.01 for every score in every manifest case. The two Clef manifests cover both checkpoints and seven cases each, but the reported BF16-reference measurement covers only clef-flash-outage. Measure reference variation across both checkpoints and all cases, and add a known-regression control before adopting this family-wide gate. Apply the same evidence to the E2E test and README threshold.

only still-valid issues, skip the rest with a brief reason, keep changes
minimal, and validate.

Review comment at @families/clef/tests/compare_sequence.py at line 116:
The matrix-wide probability tolerance is supported by measurements from only one
Clef case. Measure reference variation across both checkpoints and all seven
cases in each manifest, and include a known-regression control before setting
the threshold in the `compare_sequence` assertion; use the same evidence-backed
threshold in the E2E test and README.
