Preserve agent observations, trajectories and partial responses on native episode failures and deadlines. Build on the reusable session hooks from #3554. Validation: 51 focused tests; Ruff and pre-commit run --all-files passed. Real model rollout pending in the NOOA integration layer. Removed from the authored NOOA stack because this proposal modifies shared session contracts, Environment Servers and rollout collection. The integration now treats main as fixed and implements lifecycle behavior only in NOOA-specific adapters. #3843 is the new root on main.
The existing collector cannot persist the extra failed observation bundles, producer trajectories or secondary cleanup errors proposed here. That limitation is documented in the remaining draft PRs rather than changing shared infrastructure. This branch is retained for reference; the proposal is not being merged.
