Summary

• Include terminal sessions in Dispatch row construction for both grid and detached Dispatch sessions.
• Route Dispatch UI, keyboard navigation, command targeting, and close-after-delete focus through one visible-row helper so terminal rows behave like selected rows, not a filtered side case.
• Keep Claude/Codex-only transcript/provider commands hidden for terminal rows with explicit WHY comments.
• Allow grid terminal panes to detach into Dispatch and detached terminal sessions to attach back to the grid through the existing placement flow.
• Preserve the issue investigation notes under docs/issue-investigations/152-dispatch-terminals.md.

Risks / review notes

• The existing optional Dispatch project-terminal column is kept. To avoid mounting the exact same terminal twice, the column is suppressed when the active Dispatch row is that same terminal session.
• Pinning remains agent-only. Terminal rows can be selected/focused/closed/detached/attached, but they do not become pin candidates.
• Reader/copy-assistant/code-block/tail/latest-message actions are deliberately hidden for terminal rows because those commands operate on provider feed/transcript state, not xterm scrollback.
