Add terminal sessions to Dispatch Mode #152

Problem

Dispatch Mode currently treats Claude/Codex agents as the primary list items, but terminal sessions are not available as first-class Dispatch rows.

Terminals should be usable in Dispatch Mode just like agents, but clearly marked as terminal sessions.

Desired Behavior

• Terminal sessions appear in the Dispatch list alongside agents.
• Terminal rows are visually distinct from Claude/Codex agent rows.
• Users can focus/select a terminal from Dispatch Mode.
• Terminal sessions can be attached back into the grid where appropriate.
• Terminal lifecycle actions work consistently:
  • close
  • bury/detach if applicable
  • revive if applicable
  • focus
  • maybe rename/title later

Tasks

• Audit current Dispatch session filtering.
• Include kind: 'terminal' sessions in Dispatch row construction.
• Add terminal-specific row labeling/iconography.
• Ensure keyboard navigation works for terminal rows.
• Ensure command targeting handles terminals correctly.
• Decide which agent-specific actions should be disabled for terminals.
• Verify terminal attach-to-grid behavior.
• Add thick WHY comments around any actions that intentionally exclude terminals.

Acceptance Criteria

• Terminals show up in Dispatch Mode.
• Selecting a terminal focuses the correct terminal session.
• Terminal rows do not expose Claude/Codex-only actions.
• Attach/focus/close behavior is predictable.
