Fix bug where 2FA input field is permanently hidden after resetting password

Details

If the user tapped the reset button on the PasswordForm Component after entering a 2FA code, then the 2FA form was being permanently hidden (because we did not previously clear the input form).

Tests

A) Verify that the 2FA form is now being reset

• Locate an account with 2FA enabled
• Go to the sign in page, enter your email
• At the password form, enter your password
• When the 2FA form displays, enter 6 INCORRECT digits
• Hit the 'Forgot?' action. The 'We've sent a magic sign in link' message should display
• Hit 'Back'
• Enter the same email again
• Enter the same password again
• The 2FA form should display
• The 2FA form should be empty

B) Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

Oh, Hey @arosiclair no problem!

Yeah, so for NewDot we should pull and run through the tests locally to as many of the 5 platforms as possible. And yes, the checklist should be run through also (the checklist was introduced to keep a high standard for our contributor's PRs, but it also applies to our internal PRs too). Eventually, you'll be able to exclude the tests which aren't relevant and it should become a bit easier (for example, I didn't introduce any new components or CSS styles). Let me know if you have any other questions though!

Given this is your first one I imagine you'll run into some issues, so I might add an additional reviewer just to help out.
