This PR fixes the issue of floating dropdown menu position, of the group avatar, when resizing the browser.

The AvatarWithImagePicker is used in 4 places, I fixed two of them and kept the others because there's no issue within.

1- Profile Settings: no issue

2- Workspace settings: no issue

3- New group creation: Fixed

4- Group details: Fixed

Design-wise I think this is looking/working well. I can't think of any other places this pops up, but if someone else can, give a shout! Definitely still get a legit technical review from an engineer 😊

@shawnborton I think perfectly centered makes sense. I did some measuring, and it looks like they're maybe off by 1px?

I'm wondering if the scrollbar in your first screenshot is throwing off the visual alignment.

(Side note: looks like these menus are using an incorrect border radius 😑)

We use measureInWindow from react-native to get the position of the anchor. There are lots of issues within measureInWindow with some browsers.

Yeah I think we can create a follow up issue for that. Small css tweak so should probably be priced lower than a standard issue I think.
