Coming from this comment, we should navigate users to the BBA flow when business bank account is selected in the wallet page

@luacmartins I apologize but I don't have much background knowledge for this PR. Do I need to have a specific Web-E or Auth branch? I assume "no" as this is a pure front end fix?

I don't know why this is still erroring. The code is returning before hitting the throw-error statement
