If all selected expenses are deleted, only the **Basic export** template is available. Other export templates require a report, and deleted expenses are not associated with any report.

Templates are also hidden when you select a group rather than individual expenses. The one exception is a search grouped by **Card**, where **Reconciliation - All Expenses** stays available to Workspace Admins and card admins of a workspace with a card product enabled. ## What happens if I refresh the page while my receipts are preparing?

Your download keeps preparing, and the status window comes back on its own. Expensify tracks each download that is still preparing or ready to save, so when you refresh the page or close and reopen Expensify, the status window reappears with the current status. Select **Download file** once it shows **Your file is ready!**.

Yes. Group your expenses using **Display** > **Group by**, select the groups, then choose **Export** > **Current view**. The exported file keeps each group as its own section with the expenses listed below their group header, using the columns currently shown on the page.

## Why don't I see export templates when I select a group?

A group isn't a fixed list of expenses, so most export templates can't be applied to one. When you select a group, **Current view** is normally the only export option.

The exception is a search grouped by **Card**, including the **Card statements** and **Card accruals** shortcuts. There, Workspace Admins and card admins of a workspace with a card product enabled can also choose **Reconciliation - All Expenses**, because a card group can be matched to the card it belongs to. To use any other template, expand the group and select the individual expenses instead.

## How to Export the Card Transactions You Are Reconciling

You can export the card groups you're reconciling to a CSV without expanding them first.

1. From the **Card statements** view, check the box next to each card group you want to export.
2. Click the selection button at the top (for example, **1 selected**).
3. Select **Export**.
4. Select **Reconciliation - All Expenses**.

The export covers every transaction on each selected card group, including transactions further down the list that you haven't scrolled to yet. If you also expanded a group and checked individual transactions, those are included as well.

**Reconciliation - All Expenses** and **Current view** are the only options offered for a card group selection. To use a different export template, expand the group and select the individual transactions instead. Learn more about [exporting grouped expenses](/articles/new-expensify/reports-and-expenses/Search-and-Download-Expenses#export-grouped-expenses).

## How Multi-Currency Works With Company Card Reconciliation

If your workspace uses multiple currencies, apply the **Group currency** filter to convert all transactions into a single currency. This ensures the grouped totals match your accounting system's reporting currency.

The **Last statement** filter shows transactions posted during the most recent completed statement period, based on your configured statement close date.
