Action Performed:
Go to staging.new.expensify.com
Create two workspaces.
Go to the workspace chat of the second workspace (non-default workspace).
Create an expense in workspace chat.
Go to Reports > Reports.
Select the expense via checkbox.
Click dropdown button > Move expense.
Click Create report.
Expected Result:
In Step 8, Create report subtitle shows the first workspace. So the new report will be created in the first workspace.
Actual Result:
In Step 8, Create report subtitle shows the first workspace. But the new report is created in the second workspace, where the original expense is created.
