Issue found when executing PR #17491

Action Performed:

1. Go to https://help.expensify.com/
   and open developers tools
2. Verify that LHN background color is "#07271F"
3. Verify that LHN border color is "#1A3D32"
4. Verify that LHN text selected is "#E7ECE9"

Expected Result:

LHN background color is E7ECE9 instead of "#07271F"
LHN border color is E7ECE9 instead of "#1A3D32"
LHN text selected is 5AB0FF instead of "#E7ECE9"

Actual Result:

Color codes are not as required in PR
