docs(plan): record user decision E20 (option A) - #390
Conversation
The user chose option A for E20 on 2026-10-04 in the orchestrator session: v1.5.0 is an app release through PR -> gates -> Mergify queue, continuous mode ships off and not release-eligible, and the user attests acceptance himself. PR #372 review B blocked because docs/PLAN.md still listed E20 as open. No-Test: documentation only Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

| Nutzer | offen, Nutzer | | ||

Keep E20 open until Option A is represented
At this commit, a repo-wide search finds no M4-R27-03 package, while the canonical plan still says Continuous Mode is enabled with v1.5.0 (lines 25–27 and 37) and .pa/continuous_acceptance_matrix.md:37 still requires releaseEligible: true; this new status instead says v1.5.0 ships with Continuous Mode off and not release-eligible. The blocker therefore appears resolved without any tracked work to reconcile the mutually exclusive release criteria. Add the follow-up package and dependencies here, update the criteria now, or keep E20 open until that work lands.

docs/PLAN.mddecision inbox: E20 marked✓ entschieden (Nutzer 04.10.): Option Aand removed from the "Offen sind …" sentence. The user gave this decision on 2026-10-04 in the orchestrator session (answer "Option A" to the E20 question). Option A: v1.5.0 is an app release via PR -> gates -> Mergify queue; continuous mode ships off and is not release-eligible; the user attests acceptance himself. Why now: PR #372 review B (B1, high) blocked M4-R27-01 because
